Cancellation policy-   Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us or cancel online within 48 hours to avoid any cancellation fees.   If you wish to reschedule or make any modifications to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, subject to availability.

Late arrival- Please consider calling us if you are running behind schedule. We have a 20-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-show.
