We require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your appointment.
The deposit is included in the total cost of service.
Your deposit can only be credited for future use only, no refund offered!
For emergencies, please call or email us for immediate assistance
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of your deposit.
If you are running late, please call us to notify us of your estimated arrival time. There is a 15 mins grace period, after 30 mins your appointment will be cancelled. We will also ensure to call you ahead of time if we are running late as well.
No Show Appointments
No call, no show appointments will be charged at 50% of the service cost and client may be ban from booking any future appointments with us.
Service Refund Policy
Service received CANNOT be refunded. Our staff delight in providing quality services to our customers, please make that you are satisfied with your service before you leave the salon. If you have any complaints or concern about your service, please call us within 24 hours of your service and we will be glad to help you resolve your concerns.
